The Réseau des carrefours jeunesse-emploi du Québec's (RCJEQ) mission is to regroup support & represent the various Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi's of Quebec. This is done in the hopes of developing, promoting, and defending their members and orientations which are based on community needs. While pursuing this mandate they favor personal, professional, social and economic autonomy of the youth they help. |
