• Take a stand on current issues facing youth 
• Equip the carrefour jeunesse-emploi with a continuous learning approach
• Bring together our network of carrefours jeunesse-emploi in order to facilitate information, expertise and experience sharing 
• Defend the interests of all of Québec's youth in a sustainable way at the national level. We seek out partnerships that allow us to put forth projects that meet the socio-economic needs and realities of youth in Quebec.

• Present on all government and institutional committees Equipping our CJE's with tools that facilitate the transfer of expertise and knowledge

The Services of the carrefours jeunesse-emploi

Orientation activities: 

• Initial assessment of needs and expectations to guide young adults and provide them with the appropriate services
• Access to the various tools available to youth in the areas of employment, educational guidance, youth initiatives and entrepreneurship

Educational and professional activities: 

• Support youth in their return to school or career change by determining their interests and skills
• Exploring the opportunities of the labour market

Activities that promote employment: 

• Offer a variaty of information about the labour market and tools on finding a job
• Support, guide and monitor the job searching process to ensure personal and professional development

Entrepreneurial activities: 

• Offer workshops on entrepreneurship, individually or in group, to youth between the ages of 16 to 35 in order to present the realities of being an entrepreneur
• Helping to realise business ideas

Youth projects: 

• Preventing youth from dropping out
• Connecting young adults to the business world
• Prevent youth migration

Referencing projects from partner organisations: 

• Referring to other community resources in order to meet the diverse needs and interests of youth between the age of 16 and 35
